Multilayered presentation in the UK…

Andy Dickenson turned me on to this rather unusual and very effective video done by Shropshire Star videojournalist James Shaw. It’s more than a story – it is a layered story that was a bit disturbing at first, but once I got used to the flow of the moving screens, quite an experience. That’s what I try to explain to my students…you are re-creating an experience for your audience, so that they can see and hear and feel what you felt when you were at the event. It goes beyond visuals…and this layered story achieves what it set out to do.
